Born in Memphis, TN, Stephen Brown had multiple encounters with the Lord Jesus at an early age. These encounters were all intimate and impactful. These two words would become the thread of the foundation on which Stephen Brown Ministries would be woven on.

In August 2005 Stephen Brown Ministries International was born. Subsequently, in October of that same year the ministry launched its first service. This service was exactly what the Lord Jesus had shown Stephen, it was intimate and impactful. The following year, several crusades would be held across the city of Memphis and the ministry team would see Mark 16:20 come alive “And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following”

In November 2007, Stephen Brown had a life-changing experience as he traveled to Israel. During his tour of the Holy Land, he was afforded the opportunity to travel to many of the places he had read about as a child. This trip allowed the Bible to come alive and increase his conviction about what he taught and preached. As a result of his visit, Stephen Brown was able to be baptized in the Jordan River; visit Mt. Carmel, Bethlehem, and the Upper Room. This experience proved invaluable to the ministry.

In January 2008, God confirmed the name Stephen Brown Ministries International as Stephen visited the country of Jamaica for his first international crusade. Since then, Stephen Brown has visited many places around the world continuing to preach the gospel with power and signs following. The success of the ministry can be attributed to Stephen always drawing his inspiration straight from the pages of the Bible and the life of Jesus. Stephen Brown believes in the one true, living, and eternal God: infinite in power, Holy in nature, attributes, and purpose; and possessing absolute, indivisible deity. This one true God has revealed Himself as Father, through His Son, in redemption; and as the Holy Spirit, by emanation.

Stephen Brown is the husband of Dr. NeShante Brown, and father to Brooke, Briana and Timothy. He is also the founder and lead pastor of Light of Glory International Church which is a refuge and resting place for souls from all over the world.
